So I recently bought the outdoor insulated cat house from these guys for a stray cat to use, I have contacted them regarding this issue & have received no response. Within a month of having this outdoor house it’s starting to grow mould on the lid as per the pics below. I am beyond disappointed as for the price I’d expect quality wood or even treated wood to make sure this doesn’t happen. Mould can be detrimental to the stray cat’s health. This brand is clearly not taking this seriously as I’ve received no response from them.
Incredibly happy with my insulated outdoors cat house. It's beautifully made, and is used regularly by my adopted stray, Bad Cat (named when he used to break in to get food, and the name stuck … he's actually quite adorable!). Service was great, and delivery super-fast.
My only suggestion would be that the inside of the roof should also be insulated on future iterations of these lovely houses. Incredibly glad that I bought this from Dingo, it has put my mind at rest, particularly in this freezing weather.
Good quality, warm, snug and neat. Arrived very quickly our adopted outdoor cat loves it. Also stayed dry in that torrential rain. Highly recommend.
